Frequently asked questions
A node in blockchain is any device, such as a computer or server, connected to a blockchain network. Nodes play a key role in maintaining, managing and securing the network. They store copies of all transactions, perform validation, and distribute data throughout the network.
No, our platform is designed for users without technical knowledge. We have made the process of deploying and managing nodes as simple as possible.
Early web3 projects tend to reward testnet contributors and node operators. By running the node, you help project to grow and at the later stage you could be rewarded (usually via airdrop at TGE)
You can connect your wallet, sign up, top up your balance and purchase your first node within one minute. Then the node is launched automatically. Done!
We support crypto payments (using USDT, USDC, ETH, BSC, SOL, etc.) and payments by international bank cards (Stripe). Please note, that payments are made through third-party service copperx.io and we don't accept any inquiries about payments. If your payment is stuck or you have some other issue with payments, we suggest you to contact copperx.io directly. Based on our experience they solve all the cases quick and smooth.
We select nodes which are most likely to reward early contributors, based on our experience, funding, roadmap and prospects of the project.
We select only the most promising projects for subscription. The answer is simple: if the node is available for purchase, it is worth taking. We suggest you to focus more on new, freshly released nodes, as it might be more risky to join into old projects(it might be too late) . In the future, we plan to introduce ranking of projects to form a portfolio of different nodes.
Yes. You don't need any technical knowledge to set up nodes using our platform. You can connect your wallet and purchase the node in a couple of minutes.
Node updates are automatic. We keep track of the latest updates so that your nodes are always up-to-date and safe.
All nodes renew automatically and withdraw payment from your balance by default. You can disable auto-renewal in the settings of the node. If your subscription is expired and you don't have enough balance your node will be eliminated.
Some projects reward node holders who have kept a node for 1 month, and some give out reward to those who keep for 6 months or even a year. It depends on the decision of the particular project's team.
No, we don't have any hidden fees and we don't charge any % from your reward.
We highly recommend joining our telegram channel and following the incoming information.
If node is attached to the wallet, you will have access to seedphrase or private key in your dashboard. After reward is distributed you will be able to claim your rewards manually. If there is any reward distribution, we will announce it in our telegram channel.
Generally, if it is possible to deploy the node without access to private key (which is the best scenario for both parties) we don't require it and start the node without private keys. Examples of these projects are: Grass, Titan, Pipe, Nexus, DAWN, Blockmesh and others. Unfortunately, some nodes(i.e. Unichain, Abstract, Soneium and others) have mandatory requirement to provide private key to deploy. This is a requirement from node developers, not us. In this case, since we don't want to ask you to provide your wallet's private key, we will generate a new wallet for you. There is no possibilty to deploy these nodes without providing private keys. You will have access to seedphrase/private key in the dashboard.
If you have a question about specific node, first make sure you read instructions at the project page and completed all the provided steps. If you still have a question, feel free to contact me and we'll help you out as soon as I can. Please kindly provide Node ID like #12345, otherwise I won't be able to help you.
