Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: I purchased my node yesterday but I don't see any points!
A: DAWN might display points with a delay of up to 5 days. This is due to high load on DAWN servers. This means that some nodes might display the correct amount now and some will only be displayed after few days. You can only compare performance if at least 5 days have passed. This is a DAWN issue which we cannot affect. If 5 days haven't passed since the issue date (i.e. you are reporting that your node 'does not work' today or yesterday, we are not investigating such requests.

Q: I am getting more points on my local desktop node!
A: Performance of proxy nodes is sometimes lower than residential (i.e. your home computer). This is a DAWN issue which we cannot affect.

Q: Today I have less points then yesterday, why?
A: Sometimes DAWN servers are down and sometimes they are offline for up to 24 hours. They might display wrong amount of points sometimes. Just check it every day and pick the average number.
