Q: I have some issue with my points accrual, what can I do?
A: if you’re having issues with your Nexus node point, the best solution is to update your Node CLI ID. To do this:
- Go to app.nexus.xyz and log in.
- Click Nodes → Add Node → Add CLI Node.
- Copy the new CLI ID.
- Go to your node at nodes.garden and paste the new Node ID.
- Click Update — and you’re done! Your node will restart and ID will be updated automatically. You can do this as many times as you want.
Note: Before updating your Node ID, make sure to claim your previous points to avoid losing them.
Q: I see Task Fetcher: Orchestration Error - HTTP error with status 404 "Node not found" error, is this a problem?
A: Yes. If you entered your old Nexus node ID from previous testnet phases it might not be found in the network. We recommend you to generate new node ID and change it manually inside your node page.
Q: I see 503 Error and my points are not showing/delayed, can you fix it?
A: No. This is a very common issue on Nexus side which only Nexus team can fix. This happens every week, please wait for them to fix.
