2. ~~Fill the data and purchase the node.~~ Since March 2025 Grass removed password at the sign up stage. You still require to set password to start the node. To set up the password go to https://app.getgrass.io/forgot-password, enter your email and follow the link from the email message OR after login click on avatar in the top right corner -> Security Settings -> Set password. After the password is set you can purchase the node here.

Make sure you created your account BEFORE purchasing the node.
Make sure you connected your SOL wallet to you account in grass dashboard.

Please note that:
1. Grass dashboard might display points & connections with a delay of up to 5 days. This is due to high load on Grass servers. This means that some nodes might display the correct amount now and some will only be displayed after few days. You can only compare performance if at least 5 days have passed. This is a Grass issue which we cannot affect. If 5 days haven't passed since the issue date (i.e. you are reporting that your node 'does not work' today or yesterday, we are not investigating such requests.

2. Performance of proxy nodes is always lower than residential (i.e. your home computer). Even if the score is displayed as 100% it will still earn less than your home computer with 75% score. This is a Grass issue which we cannot affect.

3. Sometimes grass servers are down and sometimes they are offline for up to 24 hours and the mining stops. Meanwhile your browser node at your home computer might still work because it works in another way. This is a Grass issue which we cannot affect.
4. Some nodes might show 0% quality connection (usually 5-10% of nodes or less). This is normal, since proxies are rotating they will change to 100% after some time. Please also take in mind that if you purchased 10 nodes Grass might display 2 or 3 nodes with 0% connection AND 10 nodes with 100% connection simultaneously.

After the node is purchased and deployed, please make sure to check and complete post-installation instructions at the node page (if any).
