Instructions
1. Purchase the node and wait until it is in Online state 2. Use faucet to top up your node wallet(twitter account required): faucet.0g.ai 3. Wait 3-4 full days until node is fully synced. Please do not check transactions or contact us before node is fully synced! All requests related to nodes which are deployed less than 4 days ago will not be accepted, thank you for understanding.
Please be aware that the node will not start making transactions until you faucet the wallet. If you see funds error in the logs this means you have to faucet the wallet to make it work.
Daily PoRa and transactions are NOT guaranteed due to high competition in the network. Check response from 0G team: photo_2025-06-13 17.54.09.jpeg41.4 KB Generally if your node is making 1 transaction per day after the sync is completed this is a very good result. Some days you will get 0 transactions, this is normal. Please only contact support if you have 0 transactions in 10 or more days. All tickets regarding 0 transactions in 1 or 2 days will be dismissed.
There are no regular transactions. As mentioned above, the node could generate a transaction or not due to competition. It's the OG storage node mechanism - they compete to produce PoRA transactions. You will see some people don't have any transactions for a week or maybe more too. It's ok, as there are many nodes competing. Just keep your node running - it may generate one at some point in the future, but this is NOT GUARANTEED due to the high competition among storage nodes.
After the node is purchased and deployed, please make sure to check and complete post-installation instructions at the node page (if any).
FAQ
Q: I have 0 transactions in 5 days is this normal? A: Yes, most of the nodes take up to 5 days to sync, which means there is almost zero chance you will get transactions in the first 5 days.
Q: I have 1 transaction in 15 days is this normal? A: Yes, transactions are random and the amount of transactions depends on the amount of nodes in the network. As more and more nodes are joining the network every day, amount of transaction is getting less and less. Generally its normal to get 1 transaction in 10 days (after 5 days of sync). Please note that YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO GET 1 TRANSACTION PER DAY.
Q: I see (Behind 3) | Peers: 0 in the logs, is this normal? A: Yes, all nodes are usually behind 1-3 blocks, the only node which is not behind is the one producing blocks itself. There is no need to worry. About peers, they always rotate and you might see Peers: 0 today and Peers: 50 tomorrow. Generally even with Peers: 0 your node should function fine if it syncs with the network. If you see transactions then no need to worry.
