1. Purchase the node and wait until its deployed
2. Faucet the node wallet with devnet SOL using https://faucet.solana.com/ (it requires github account)
3. The node will automatically upload/download/encrypt files every hour. Please make sure to faucet the wallet every day if you want transactions to happen daily. Once the wallet runs out of tokens the node will not be able to upload files.

Please note that according to mods if you already claimed the role you have to keep making transactions otherwise your role will be revoked
